"We recently purchased a couple of the Langton sofas from Chaise Sofas for use in our busy commercial short stay accomodation business. Our decision to purchase was based on the compact however useful size of these units along with the fact they were covered in a composite leather product which is easier to maintain and keep clean than any fabric we have had. Also the pricing was extremely competitive with other suppliers we contacted. I must say after a few months of use by various guests we have had nothing but rave reviews and even people asking where we got them as they were after something themselves. The sofas are very easy to clean and always look amazing, no marks or scuffs as yet even with dozens of children climbing on them over this short time. We have no reservations in highly recommending Chaise Sofa to anyone looking for a great value for money sofa. "As it's still very early into receiving our new couch it's very hard to review,l. However, from my experience so far has been very pleasant. We ordered our Sofa and had it delivered within two days from purchase. The sales staff online was not pushy and also understanding. So big thumbs up there. The delivery driver was also very nice and delivered the large boxes directly to the room that we needed. As stated previously, we are still very new in to our purchase but first impressions on quality are very good. The sofa was a bit firm when straight out the box but now we have had a few days of using it it's starting to become quite comfortable. The instructions for assembly are pretty straight forward and easy to follow. Over all, I would reccomend Chaise sofas to anyone and I would say if you use the furniture in the right way and look after it. It should last you a long time. Cheers." Joshua - Parmelia WA

"The email wouldn’t forward me for feedback so I’m writing it here. I saw the lounge on Facebook so just wanted to sit on it in person. It was exactly as advertised but thinking the number of lounges on show was limited as to room I understand. Delivery was on time and he was really courteous and explaining how it all went together. "The sofa was reasonably priced and a better build quality than what I'd seen at all of the major chain stores. The staff / owners were really nice people to deal with and because the lounge I wanted was in stock, they delivered it the same day I ordered. (May have got some extra sympathy points as I lived not far and was home sick that day with nothing to sit on). It even came with two cushions. Highly recommend Chaise Sofas Bayswater." "I purchased a lovely 3 x 2 lounge suite in blue just recently and it was delivered on time. The staff and service was impeccable and when I went to their warehouse to see what they had in the showroom I was impressed by their knowledge of the products. They are not pushy and let you decide in peace. I would definitely recommend them because I had an issue when my lounge suite was delivered and unpacked and they rectified the problem even though it was my fault. Our response: Thanks for sending us your feedback regarding the chaise cushion moving. We've found that addition of some Velcro tape under the chaise cushion can help. This can be purchased at a hardware store or similar. We also have some in the warehouse if you'd like to pop back in.
